We raise and sell predominantly Dairy Goats which make wonderful pets as well as a home milk source and cheese. Goats milk soap maybe available. We however have created a New Web Site for our Dairy Goats. If you are interested in seeing what we have regarding them, check out our New Web Site at, oberdrainbowcaprines.com there are a Rainbow of breeds to choose from!
Our Guardian dogs are an important asset to our farm, keeping the Cougar and Coyotes at bay. If you need a guardian, we can possibly help you out. We have recently aquired a Spanish Mastiff and are very impressed with her. We may have a pending litter of Spanish Mastiff guardians in the future!
Our Fluffy Felines, make cozy company at night when we have a chance to kick back and rest! Kittens are quite entertaining and are occasionally available to purchase. We do have three barn mix kittens that need new homes. They are free to good homes.
We plan on having one more Yorkiepoo litter in 2016. These non-shedding small bundles of joys make awesome cainine companions. We have to fill our last of our pre- orders we may have a few available. Contact us to see what might be available.
Our newest venture raising, Katahdin Hair Sheep has turnned out to be a wonderful and productive project. We love the meat and so do all our guests. They are very low maintenance, easy lambing, wonderful mothers, vigerous lambs, usually 200% lamb crop or more, no shearing, no docking of tails, parasite resistant, and very adaptable. Lambs grow fast, the rate of gain is phenomenal! We are very impressed with this breed. We have a couple of 2015 ewes that are bred for May lambing available to purchase. And we will have several 2016 lambs, both for meat and for breeding stock available. Check out the Katahdin page for more details.
We also will be hatching out some laying chicks. We will have some forsale in the spring. We will also be raising a few Turkeys and some maybe available as well. And last but not least we will have Muskovy ducklings available.
